An unidentified gang shot dead Rupandehi chairman of UML affiliated Youth Association Nepal on Monday.Police said two motorcycle-borne assailants shot at acting chairman of YAN Rupandehi Durga Tiwari at Koliya, Dhekawar in Devdaha municipality at around 3:30 pm. Tiwari died while receiving treatment at Devdaha Medical College.This was second attack on chairman Tiwari.
