Had the procedure moved easily, the arraignment movement against suspended head of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority Lokman Singh Karki would have entered the voting stage in Legislature-Parliament. However, 40 days since its enrollment, the movement is as yet being thought in the House.

The movement enrolled in Parliament Secretariat on October 19 has been under discourse for 34 days since October 25. Upwards of 157 officials from the decision CPN (Maoist Center) and the resistance CPN-UML had
