KATHMANDU: The main opposition CPN-UML on Wednesday decided to obstruct the House proceedings against the Constitution amendment bill the government registered on Tuesday.

A UML Parliamentary Party meeting held today made a decision to this effect, claiming the proposal was anti-nationalist.

The opposition also decided to launch a street movement against the bill.
