Rastriya Prajantantra Party Nepal (RPP-N) Chairman Kamal Thapa has said that"Constitution amendment is just a bid to please India".Thapa, who was Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister in the erstwhile Oli-led government, said so while talking to media persons in Rajbiraj, Saptari district headquarters on Wednesday. Speaking at a press meet in Rajbiraj today, he claimed that elections of all three levels on the announced dates seemed difficult.
